I created a 60+ page e-book exploring how Buddhist Zen Peacemaking teachings can deepen any kind of creative work. Based on my own creative practice and explorations with the intersections of Buddhism and art making, I'm excited to share what I have discovered with you.

The e-book is full color and available in three formats for computers/laptops, Kindles, iPads and iPhones. A high-resolution version is also available if you would like to print it yourself. You can download all of them instantly.

"This is such an interesting concept to me. I am almost at the end of my first year of retirement and trying to embrace stillness and silence. It's hard after so many years of...what?... moving through time without really experiencing it. This was a wonderful exploration. Thank you." -S.

THIS E-BOOK IS FOR:

About the Author

I’m Emma Freeman, a heart-led Reiki Master/Practitioner, Massage Therapist, artist and teacher. I love creating warm, loving spaces that are sanctuaries for authentic expression and deep self-exploration.

My own difficult healing journey led me to this calling to support others with their deep expression and soul healing. I believe in our innate ability as humans to heal through love and I believe that often our most painful experiences hold light and treasures within them for us to grow through and become empowered by. I believe our inner worlds hold the keys to our greatest gifts, our soul’s wisdom and true, sacred power. Sometimes we need support entering and navigating that inner terrain of emotions, memories and experiences to find the light and that is what I feel so passionate about helping with.

I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), an empath, sober and part of the LGBTQIA community. I live in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin where I grew up with my family which includes two wonderful rescue beagles.
