I'm a Heart-Led Mixed Media Artist, Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive and Teacher. I'm a passionate, playful, spiritual person who loves making art, asking questions and following my unending curiosity, wherever it takes me.

One of my favorite things in the world is connecting with people through creativity and sharing heartfelt stories with kindness and care. I love to ooo and ahhh over art that people make, it gives me so much joy and inspiration!

I have learned that when I choose to create space for myself to explore, play, create, reflect, and feel, surprising and empowering things unfold...I discover new aspects of myself, I expand and grow, I connect with the world in beautiful ways and I feel more deeply alive, nourished and fulfilled. It is from this place that I create all of my offerings. They all emerge from my own creative practice and life journey. This is why I recently renamed my business to Wings of Light from Deep Rooted Healing. After years of working on grounding, clearing and healing, I have deep roots underneath me and now I'm ready to soar with all that I have learned and grown through!
